President Chuck Maricle is President of Cincinnati Floor Co. in charge of operations for all four regions of the firm. Upon graduating from college, Mr. Maricle was offered a position with Robus Products, a company with whom he had worked summers throughout his college years. He was quickly promoted to their Nora Flooring Division. While making a sales call to one of his newly acquired accounts, Cincinnati Floor Company, he quickly caught the attention of one of their chief executives. Shortly thereafter in 1985, he was approached by Cincinnati Floor Company regarding a position with their Cinflo Products Division, thus beginning his tenure. In 1988, Mr. Maricle was promoted to assume the responsibilities of the Indianapolis Region as the Regional Manager and given the challenge of developing the territory. During Mr. Maricle’s tenure in Indianapolis he was involved high profile projects such as: Indiana University’s Assembly Hall, the Murat Theater in Indianapolis, and the Conseco Fieldhouse for the Indiana Pacers, just to name a few. In 1995 he was named Vice President of the firm. In July of 2000, Mr. Maricle was named Executive Vice President and was transferred back to Cincinnati to assume a more active role in the company-wide operations. In January of 2003 Mr. Maricle assumed the position of President of the firm. A graduate of Georgetown College, Chuck is a member of the Construction Specifiers Institute and the Maple Flooring Manufacturers’ Association serving as a member of its Advisory Council.
