Doug Drenik is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Cincinnati Floor Co. and focuses primarily on future growth and direction for the firm.

Mr. Drenik grew up in Wickliffe, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland and attended Ohio State University on a football scholarship. Upon graduating from college, Mr. Drenik was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings but an injury ended his football career.

Joining the 3M Company, Mr. Drenik was responsible for the sales of their synthetic football and basketball surfaces. Impressed with his sales abilities his client, Cincinnati Floor Company, offered him a position with their Flooring Division in 1970. Shortly thereafter in 1973 Mr. Drenik was promoted to Regional Sales Manager for their Indianapolis office. In 1980 he was named Vice President and transferred back to Cincinnati to run the flooring operation for the company. In 1988, Mr. Drenik purchased the flooring operation as well as the name from the Stoehr family.

Since purchasing the firm he has significantly grown the business and enjoys the reputation of owning one of the finest flooring companies in the United States.
