Michael Kemp began his career working on the truck and railroad docks for the Sterns and Foster Company. In 1979 he joined Distribution Centers, Inc. as a warehouseman, receiving and shipping various manufacturers' goods. In 1985 he assisted in the start-up of Directel, Inc., a third-party fulfillment house, and held the position of Warehouse Supervisor. In 1990 he joined a local John Deere dealership working in all aspects of the business including the responsibility of Service Manager.

Joining the Cincinnati Floor Company in 2002, Michael Kemp enjoys the challenge of a fast paced environment and likes working with a group of individuals who have the same goal, making Cincinnati Floor Company the best in the business.

Mike and his wife, Dian, live near Wilmington. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
