Paul Becker holds the position of Vice President for Cincinnati Floor Company, in charge of Sales and Marketing for Southern Ohio as well as the Kentucky Region.

Actually starting his tenure with Cincinnati Floor Company installing wood floors as a junior in High School, he later studied Engineering at the University of Cincinnati where he co-opt with the Northern Kentucky Planning Commission. He again joined Cincinnati Floor Company in 1973 as a Contract Manager to begin what has now been almost three decades of service in the flooring industry. Throughout his tenure he has held numerous positions with Cincinnati Floor Company including District Manager in 1975, Regional Manager in 1981 and his current position as Vice President of Southern Ohio and Kentucky since 1995.

Mr. Becker feels the key to his success has been in building relationships and by “discovering and providing the best flooring for the needs and budget of my clients”. Mr. Becker has been associated with a number of prestigious projects throughout his career including:

• 58,000 SF wood athletic surface for the University of Cincinnati
  
  
• 500,000 SF of access flooring for Procter & Gamble’s Headquarters in Cincinnati
  
  
• The practice court at the Cintas Center for Xavier University

Mr. Becker received his associate’s degree in Engineering at the University of Cincinnati and later attended the University of Kentucky studying Marketing and Advertising. Paul, and his wife Donna, are lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky. An avid golfer, Paul enjoys a round of golf while discussing upcoming projects with clients.
