Tim Caldwell is the Field Superintendent for the Indianapolis Region and is responsible for directing all field activities for the region.

Graduating from Warren Central High School in 1977, his first job in the carpenters union was with Cincinnati Floor Company, installing flooring at his alma mater. He received journeyman status in September of 1981. After completion of the carpenter’s apprenticeship program he worked as a field mechanic for Cincinnati Floor Company for fourteen years after which he left to pursue his own business in residential flooring. In May of 1997 he rejoined Cincinnati Floor Company accepting the position of Field Superintendent for the Indianapolis Region.

Mr. Caldwell states, “I like working for Cincinnati Floor Company because they care about quality and have the reputation of being the best in the business.”

Tim lives in a small town on the east side of Indianapolis where he was born. His family has lived in the town of Cumberland since 1895. He is an avid outdoorsman and father of four children and three grandchildren.
